Suzzy Venunye Ebledzi is a proactive and excellence driven person. She holds a Master of Science in Development Finance from the University of Ghana Business School and Bachelor Degree in Marketing from Evangelical Presbyterian University College. Suzzy has over fifteen (15) years of combined work experience in community development work, program development, project management and banking. She has strong passion for learning and growing in the area of rural socio-economic development and youth empowerment.

Suzzy has played lead role in several socioeconomic interventions in Ghana including serving as the Volta Regional Secretary for the Coalition of NGO’s in HIV/AIDS in 2010. Suzzy worked in various spheres and with various non-governmental organization including the formation of Kabor Foundation, a non-governmental organization involved in small-scale rural development, health and educational outreach programs to empower youth and women and to increase their involvement in nation development.

Suzzy has specialized expertise in the banking and helping to apply market-based principles to solving small and medium scale businesses problems and challenges. In addition to her responsibilities as a senior member of the executive management team of the Rural Savers LBG, she provides leadership to the Board to enhance Board effectiveness. She is endowed with constructive ideas to effectively implement the organizations programs for achieving the targeted goals. She is also the Executive Director of Aevolve Innovations, an organization transforming the built environment with innovative, data-driven green building solutions.  in Accra-Ghana.
